Steven Stoltzenberg is a board certified Physician Assistant at Asthma, Allergy & Immunology P.A., bringing over a decade of experience in ENT and Allergy & Immunology care. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Physician Assistant Studies Certificate from Long Island University, where he applied with two years of prerequisites and was later grandfathered into the Master’s program, completing his studies in August of 2013.
He began his medical journey working as a medical assistant for Dr. Joseph Assini during high school and college while also volunteering in the operating room at Staten Island University Hospital. Those early experiences sparked his passion for medicine and taught him the importance of precision, teamwork, and a good sense of humor in patient care.
Professional Information
Professional Experience Before Florida
- Before relocating to Florida, Steven worked under Dr. Sudhir Parikh at the Center for Asthma and Allergy in New Jersey and New York, where he honed his skills in managing complex allergy and respiratory conditions. In July 2021, he and his wife (and their cat) traded the fast pace life of the Northeast for Florida sunshine, joining Dr. Ahmed and the team at Asthma, Allergy & Immunology.
Personal Approach to Care
- Steven is known for his kind, approachable nature and thoroughness with patients. He’s passionate about helping people improve the way they breathe, look, and feel — and he brings both expertise and humor to every visit.
Personal Life & Interests
- Outside the clinic, Steven enjoys playing video games, reading, and relaxing at the beach. And if there’s pizza involved, even better — he proudly admits he could eat it three times a day without complaint!
