Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is a long-lasting inflammation of the nose and sinuses that causes congestion, loss of smell, sinus pressure, and the growth of soft, noncancerous polyps. Symptoms last 12 weeks or more and often occur in people with allergies or asthma.
